Where we deliver
We deliver all over Bangladesh through our courier partners. If an area is not covered, the checkout tells you before you place the order.
How long it takes
Inside Dhaka: 1 to 2 days. Outside Dhaka: 3 to 5 days. The time counts from the day we confirm your order, and the estimate for your address is shown at checkout.
Public holidays, hartals, bad weather and the rush before Eid can add time. We will keep you informed.
Delivery charge
The charge depends on where you live (and sometimes on the weight of the parcel). It is shown at checkout, with the total, before you place the order. Some offers include free delivery; the cart shows it.
Confirmation
After you order we call or message you to confirm. Please keep your phone on. We send the order only after it is confirmed.
Tracking
You get an SMS at every step: confirmed, packed, handed to the courier, delivered. You can also use Track order with your order number and mobile number.
When it arrives
The rider calls before arriving. Please be at the address, or ask someone to be, with the cash for the amount on your order. Check the parcel as soon as you receive it (see Returns & refunds).
If we cannot reach you
If nobody is at the address and the phone is not answered after repeated attempts, the parcel goes back to us and the order is cancelled. If orders are repeatedly refused or not collected, we may ask for advance payment on later orders.
Right address and phone
Please give a complete address with a landmark and a phone that is reachable. A wrong address or phone can delay or cancel the delivery.
