Who we are

This website is run by «[Shop legal name]» («[Registered address]», trade licence «[Trade licence number]»), called “we” or “us” below. We decide how your personal details are used, and we are responsible for them under this policy.

What we collect

When you create an account or place an order: your name, mobile number, email address (if you give one), delivery addresses, the items you order, and the notes you write for the rider.

When you sign in with Google or Facebook: the name and email address they share with us. We never see your password for those services.

When you use the site: the pages you visit, your device and browser type, and your approximate location from your internet address, but only through the cookies you allow (see Cookies below). We keep your cart so that you can come back to it.

When you contact us or write on the site: your message, the details you give, and the reviews or questions you post.

How we use it

To take, confirm, pack and deliver your orders, to collect the cash on delivery, and to handle returns and refunds.

To send you messages about your orders (confirmation, dispatch, delivery, one-time codes) by SMS, email or notification. You cannot switch these off, because you need them to receive your order.

To keep your account and the shop safe, for example to spot fake orders, repeated failed deliveries and misuse.

To improve the shop and, only if you agree, to send you offers and news. You can switch offer messages off at any time in My account (Notifications).

To meet our legal duties, such as keeping sales records for accounts and tax.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal details.

Delivery partners (couriers) receive your name, mobile number, delivery address and the amount to collect, so that they can deliver your order.

Companies that work for us, such as SMS and email senders and hosting providers, receive only what they need to do their job.

We may give details to the authorities when the law requires it.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your cart, language and theme. Cookies for statistics or marketing are used only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

How long we keep it

We keep your account for as long as you have it. Order and invoice records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax, even if you delete your account; after that they are deleted or made anonymous.

Your rights

You can see and correct your details in My account. You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to delete your account, or tell us to stop sending you offers, by calling «[Hotline number]» or writing to «[Support email]». We answer as soon as we can and within 30 days at the latest.

Records that the law makes us keep cannot be deleted before the required period ends.

Security

Passwords are stored in scrambled (hashed) form and the connection to the site is encrypted. Only staff who need your details to do their work can see them. No system is perfectly safe; if a breach affects you, we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Children

The shop is meant for adults. If you are under 18, please order together with a parent or guardian.
