About these terms

By using this website or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop. The shop is run by «[Shop legal name]» («[Registered address]», trade licence «[Trade licence number]»).

Your account

Give correct details, above all your mobile number and delivery address, and keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done through your account. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud or abuse.

Products and prices

We try to show products, photos, descriptions and prices correctly, but mistakes can happen, and colours may look different on your screen.

All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (৳) and include VAT where it applies. The delivery charge is shown before you place the order. If a price or the stock is wrong, we may cancel the order and tell you; you pay nothing in that case.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes an agreement when we confirm it, usually by phone call, SMS or message. We may ask you to confirm by phone before we send the order; an order that is not confirmed may be cancelled.

We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the address or phone cannot be reached, the details are wrong, or we suspect a fake or fraudulent order. We will tell you why.

Payment

Today you pay cash on delivery: you pay the delivery person, in taka, the amount shown on your order when you receive it. Please keep the exact amount ready. If online payment is added later, its rules will be shown when it is offered.

Delivery and returns

Delivery is explained on the Delivery information page, and returns and refunds on the Returns & refunds page. Both are part of these terms.

Offers and coupons

Offers and coupons have their own conditions (dates, minimum order, limits), shown with the offer. A coupon cannot be exchanged for cash. We may stop an offer that is misused.

Reviews and what you write

Keep reviews honest and polite. Do not post anything unlawful, offensive or misleading, or other people’s private details. We may remove it, and by posting you allow us to show it in the shop.

Using the site properly

Do not misuse the site: no fake orders, no attempts to break into it, and no automated copying that slows it down.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for goods that arrive wrong, damaged or not as described, as set out on the Returns & refunds page, and for anything the law does not let us exclude. Beyond that we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays outside our control such as floods, strikes, hartals, road closures or network failures.

Ownership of the content

The shop’s name, logo, texts, photos and design belong to us or our suppliers. You may not copy them for business use without our written permission.

Law and disputes

These terms follow the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes go to the courts of «[Court city]». Nothing here takes away the rights you have under Bangladesh’s consumer protection law.
